Before you decide to hire the least expensive painter you can find, there is  important points to
consider that suggest the lowest price may not be the best value.

The Paint Manufacturers have Not lowered their prices but increased instead, Our painters still being paid the same or more because they are professionals with proven experience, the only difference we have reduced profit to be more competitive, and why you care only for the price? It just happens that you do not care who paints your community, if a real company with references, insurance, legal, clean employees and a real office, or two guys on a van with no credentials to even bid it, but you still take their handwritten bid and try to make them compete with a real company, I do not care to compete with a real painting company as apples to apples, but I do care when a fly by night gets a job that he does not know where to start, there is a big difference between a house painter and a commercial painting company, if you want a house painter to bid or perform work at your community please do not call us.
